For DPO and LGO, if you need to grant access to your users you must fill out this form.

How to fill out the form?

On the field Environment select PROD

On the field additional information add the following according to the action you want to perform:

Guest Users - Invite, Re-Invite, Disable/Enable and Delete.

Guest Users - First Name, Last Name and Email address of the guest user and Email Address of the internal contact at Nestlé

i.e. Guest Users - Invite,

Guest Users - John Doe, john.doe@loremipsum.com, jack.dorsey@es.nestle.com
